Here's a card I made using Taylor's latest Cupcake Challenge. I used the Doctor's Orders set from Taylored Expressions along with the May 20th Key Ingredients.
I colored in the sick Cuppie with Copic markers and added a couple of Dew Drops and some coordinating ribbon from the KI kit. The card came together pretty quickly using the Key Ingredients kit AND the sketch. All I had to decide was which patterned papers, images and embellishments to use. Simple! :)
Hope you're having a wonderful weekend! Thanks for stopping by to visit today! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Doctor's Orders (Taylored Expressions); Ink- Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko); Paper- May 20th Key Ingredients Kit (Taylored Expressions); Accessories- ribbon, Dew Drops from May Key Ingredients Kit (Taylored Expressions), Copic markers; Finished card measures 4.25"x5.5"

I just LOVE this little Bunny Cuppie in the Sweet Spring set from Taylored Expressions. So adorable. I decided to use this image for the latest Cupcake Challenge. The Spring colors really make me excited for Spring to actually stay! Today is just beautiful here and the next couple of days are supposed to be too. I just can't wait until the cold days are gone!

You Brighten My Day
I didn't get to stamp until late today. Laundry was calling, but I'm happy to say it's almost finished! :) This is for Taylor's Cupcake Challenge #50. I used the A Year of Sweets 2 set from Taylored Expressions along with A Year of Sweet Sentiments. The patterned paper is from the Blossoms & Butterflies Stack by DCWV. I used 3 different size circle punches to punch out the portions of the image I wanted for each circle. I colored the images using Copic markers and matted them with Basic Black cardstock. For a finishing touch, I added faux stitching around the main panel.
I'm hoping to get a little more stamping time today, but we'll see how that goes. Maybe once all of the laundry is put away! :) Thanks for stopping by today and have a great day! Sweet Friend
Here's a card I made using Taylor's Cupcake Sketch from this past Friday. You can't really see too well in the photo, but the cake is all glittery. I used the Birthday Boy Key Ingredients for this card and some of the Halloween Key Ingredients as well. Since I wanted the sentiment to fit on the small oval, I had to ink up one word at a time and stamp it.
Savannah's birthday hoedown was a huge success yesterday. The only bummer was that it poured down rain for the first half hour or so, but it worked out because that's when the magician was doing his show, so the kids were all contained under the shelter. We took lots of pictures, so as soon as I upload them to the computer, I'll share some of them with you! Hope you're having a wonderful day! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Birthday Surprise (Taylored Expressions); Ink- Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko); Paper- Birthday Boy and Halloween Key Ingredients (Taylored Expressions), white (Georgia-Pacific); Accessories- paper piercer, brads, ribbon, glitter from Birthday Boy Key Ingredients (Taylored Expressions), small oval punch, Old Olive marker (SU), Copic markers; Finished card measures 4.25" square

A Merry & Bright Frightful Night
Here is a card I made using Taylor's latest Cupcake Sketch and Jami's Challenge on the Stamp a Sweet Impression blog to use the tree from Frightful Night in a non-scary way! I used the "moon" from Frightful Night and stamped Christmas bulbs to put on the tree. I added some Alene's Glitter Snow to the tree to give it a more festive look. The paper is from the Christmas Glitter Stack from Die Cute With a View and some Red Riding Hood and Kiwi Kiss from Stampin' Up! I'd love to see YOUR version of the non-scary tree if you have this set! You can post your creation to the SCS gallery with 2 keywords (with a comma in between) - SASI, SASItree so we can all see them! Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Frightful Night (Taylored Expressions), Merry & Bright (SU); Paper- Christmas Glitter Stack (DCWV), Kiwi Kiss, Red Riding Hood, Basic Black (SU), white (Georgia-Pacific); Ink- Red Riding Hood, Kiwi Kiss (SU), Burnt Umber (Palette), Onyx Black (Versafine); Accessories- brads and ribbon (Birthday Boy Key Ingredients, Taylored Expressions), Alene's Glitter Snow; Finished card measures 5.5"x4.25"

Featured Cupcake Sampler
I was so excited earlier this week to receive an email from Taylor at Taylored Expressions asking me to be her Featured Cupcake Sampler this week! How exciting! The sketch was a lot of fun to work with! I had such trouble deciding whether to go with warm and yummy colors or bold and bright, so I made two different cards. I used the Hugs and Kisses set from the Cornish Heritage Farms Kim Hughe's Collection. If you haven't participated in Taylor's Cupcake Friday Sketch Challenge, give it a try! It's a lot of fun and you don't have to use cupcakes for your image! Thanks for stopping by today and have a wonderful weekend! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Hugs and Kisses (Cornish Heritage Farms); Paper- DCWV, Wild Wasabi , Regal Rose, Basic Black (SU); Ink- Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko); Accessories- Copic markers, circle punches, scallop circle punch (SU), ribbon (American Crafts), dotted ribbon (May Arts), paper piercer, gem stones, Stickles in Christmas Red and Stardust; Finished card sizes: 4.25" square

Let's Make Cupcakes
This card is for two challenges, both by Taylor! It's for Taylor's Friday Cupcake Sketch Challenge, and for her Dirty Dare Cupcake Challenge. I used the What's Up, Cupcake set from My Favorite Things that Michelle of Stamper's Dream sent me, and the Lined Paper Backgrounder from Cornish Heritage Farms. When I saw the sketch, the tilted panel made me think of a piece of paper (or list) that got stuck to the card. So, I used the Lined Paper Backgrounder and made a shopping list for the cupcakes.
On another note, I've been asked to include the dimensions of my finished card in my card recipes. I will try to remember to do that from now on. For past cards, most of my cards are the standard 4.25"X5.5". If it's a square card, it's always 4.25" square since that still fits in a standard envelope. Sometimes I'll create 3"x6" cards, but they're usually in response to a challenge asking for that specific size. Hopefully that information will clear up any questions on cards I've posted before today. Thanks for stopping by and as always, I hope you're having a wonderful day! SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- What's Up, Cupcake? (MFT), Lined Paper Backgrounder (Cornish Heritage Farms); Paper- Pacific Point (SU), patterned and pink (DCWV); Ink- Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko), Soft Sky (SU); Accessories- Copic markers, Sakura glitter pen, polka dot organdy ribbon (May Arts) Finished card: 4.25"x5.5"

Cupcake Challenge #21
I made this card using Taylor's Cupcake Challenge Sketch. This is the first time I've played along. I don't have any cupcake images, so I didn't think I COULD play along. Then I realized that you didn't have to use a cupcake image! Since we're going to my nephew's 1 year birthday party today, I thought this Play Ball Changito would make a great card for him. I love the sentiment too! You can find both of these at Stamper's Dream. Thanks for stopping by today and have a great day! ETA: Some people have asked if that baseball is an embellishment. Actually, it's just a circle I punched out of white cardstock with the 3/4" punch from SU and drew the lines on it to make it look like a baseball. SUPPLIES USED: Stamps- Play Ball Changito, sentiment (Stampendous); Paper- Summer Stack (DCWV), Wild Wasabi (SU), white (Georgia-Pacific); Ink- Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko); Accessories- circle punches, double stitched ribbon in Wild Wasabi, horizontal slot punch (SU), paper piercer, white gel pen, Copic markers, star jewels (Joann's)
