So the challenge for One Layer Wednesday this past week was to use more than one sentiment on your card and no images. Well, I'm not going to get around to doing this one, but wanted to show you the inspiration I had planned on using, as it's quite nifty:
Cool, huh? I've been seeing a lot of masking going on in the stamping/scrapping blogs these days, so it must be having a revival. This idea would have been perfect for that. Maybe I'll still do it, just not in time for the challenge.

love the inspiration idea. i really like masking too but am so lazy that there are times i just don't want to do the effort. isn't that terrible??

Nat--I know exactly what you mean... One I plan to adapt for my upcoming Make-n-Take uses a doily idea from the Hero Arts blog. It looks simple enough and has cool results.
