I haven't had a chance to sit down and make a card for this week, but I plan to get going on that soon.  I based the sketch off of this card, HERE if you want to go take a peek.  In the mean time, please head on over and see what the Sweet Sunday Stampers have created for you this weekend -

MFT October Release Rewind

Hello there! Have you seen all of the new and fabulous October products from My Favorite Things?  All of the new products are available in the MFT Boutique right now and the design team is having a little Release Rewind party tonight.

I have a couple of cards to show you tonight - first up is a super delicious card using Sunny Day Doodles Sweet Christmas.

I started by stamping the gingerbread house in Hot Fudge Ink on Kraft Card Stock and then cut it out with a Pierced Rectangle STAX Die-namics.   I used Prismacolor Pencils to color the image - LOVE that white snow!  I used the Falling Snowflakes Die-namics to create the peek-a-boo background and then finished the card with some Hemp Cord and an Electric Red Button.

I used the same set for the inside of my card, coloring the image with Prismacolor Pencils again.

My next card features LJD Snowflake Splendor stamps and Die-namics

I started with a Smooth White Card Stock base and stamped a couple of the images from More Washi Patterns in Nightshift Blue and Berrylicious Ink.  I cut out two LJD Snowflake Splendor Die-namics and stamped the images to match the background and then popped them up with foam tape and added a few rhinestones.  The layout is Clean & Simple Stamping's FTL258.

Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for more inspiration from the other designers on the team.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I have a super fun card for you this week, and it was a snap to put together.  I love a good mix of Die-namics and for this card I broke out the LLD Insert It - Speech Bubble Frame.

I cut out the frame in Sour Apple Card Stock and then stamped the row of dots in Gumdrop Green Ink with one of the Large Scale Backgrounds stamps.  I cut out the "hello" with one of the Happy Hellos Die-namics dies in Smooth White Card Stock and then added a Wild Cherry Button in the corner for a fun little accent.  The dotted background is the new Swiss Dots Die-namics.

Be sure to stop by and say hello to the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers - they have fabulous eye candy for you too!

MFT New Product Tour

Hello and welcome to the August edition of MFT's New Product Tour!  The wait is over and all of the new products we've been showcasing this week are now available in the MFT Boutique!

I have a few cards for you tonight, all featuring the new Blueprints 8 Die-namics.  I'm a huge fan of the Blueprints line of Die-namics - they are so versatile and really make for quick and easy cards.

I'm using the Blueprints 8 Sketch Sheet for each of my cards.

I started with a 5"x5" card base in Berrylicious Card Stock and then cut out the large embossed square in Smooth White Card Stock.  I stamped the little graph accent from More Washi Patterns in Berrylicious Ink and then added the Orange Fizz strip with the accent pieces.  The color combo is from ColourQ Challenge 209.

I used the same background for my next card as well.

I used Electric Red Card Stock and Electric Red Ink for the accent strip on this one and then stamped the dots from Large Scale Backgrounds in Berrylicious Ink.

My last card features a good number of the dies included in Blueprints 8 Die-namics.

I stamped another pattern from Large Scale Backgrounds in Berrylicious Ink and then added a few Orange Fizz rounded squares over the edge of the Berrylicious panel.  I added the star in Lemon Drop Card Stock and popped it up over the circle and arrow for some dimension.

I love this little zigzaged edge piece - it's great to tuck under a panel or add accent piece to as well.  And the little banner with the heart is darling!

Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for a complete list of all designers playing along in this month's New Product Tour.
