My desire is to live in such a way that Christ is growing greater as I become less. What better inspiration could there be than to take this life verse and apply it to the challenge to strengthen my body for the glory of God?
May He be exalted as I learn to love Him more in this journey.
So, I played with the scale enough to accept the fact that I'm up about 1 pound from yesterday. That's fair. I definitely overate on the heavy foods and underrate on the salad.
Today I go back to normal and enjoy it. :)
