[Surprising] Wasabi Coleslaw

I was surprised by this Wasabi Coleslaw during the trip in San Francisco.I decide to made it again after i back to home. It is easy to prepare and I am sure you will like it.

Ingredients:
300g Cabbage Leave
1 Red Carrot, peeled
Dressing:
2 tbsp wasabi
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp castor sugar
100g Mayonnise
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method:
Rinse the cabbage leave under running water, drained.Finely slice the cabbage leaf and carrot. Add them into a mixing bowl, keep aside.Add all the ingredient of dressing into a bowl, mix well.Add the dressing sauce into the mixing bowl and mix well. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hour before serve.

[Can't Resist] Avacado Salad

I adopted this recipe from one of my friend, Annie. My wife love it so much and I try it made it at home. For variation, the corn flakes can be added.
Ingredients:
1 Mature Avocado
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Sub Ingredients:
2 Green Apple
1/2 Honey Drew
2 Kiwi
1 Tbsp Dried Cranberry
Method:
Cut the avacodo into hald.Remove the seed with a stainless-steel spoon.Scoop the flesh out with a spoon.
Add the flesh into a mixing bowl, mashed it with a gfork.Add the mayonnaise amd mix well.Diced the green apple, honeydew and kiwi, add them into the mashed avacado with dried cranberry and mixed well.
Squeezed the lemon juice into the mixture and mix well. Chill the salad into refrigerator for 2 hour and ready to serve.

[Comfort Food] Potato Salad

This potato salad is the best salad that I like ever. All the ingredients are commonly found in market and you can made a delicious salad easily as well.  


Ingredients:
300g Potato, Peeled and cut into pieces
2 Green Onion, Cut into small portion
2 Chinese Parsely, Cut into small portion
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Seasonings:
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Method:
Steam the potato for 10 minutes or until it tender.Let the potato cool down to room temperature. Mix well with mayonnaise. Add the chinese parsely & spring onion and mix well. Add the seasonig to taste. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours and ready to serve.
