PKS Spring Fling Blog Hop Part 2

Welcome to part two of the Peachy Keen Stamps Spring Fling Blog Hop. You should have come here from Amanda's awesome blog if not make sure to start at the Peachy Keen Blog so you can get the full hop in.

I have a simple spring birthday card for my project today.

For this card I used the adorable Duck and Egg Die by Peachy Keen Stamps and CottageCutz. The sentiment comes from the Duck Doll stamp set by PKS. I also used the Stitched Oval Die and the Stitched Daisy Die by My Creative Time. I got the idea of adding the extra layer of petals from my good friend Kim (HERE).

PRIZE:
Someone will win The Moodies in ALL THREE SIZES.  This prize package is valued at $50. So you will need to comment on each blog for a better chance of winning the prize. Good luck!!!

Your next stop is the amazing Ruthie Nixon. Click HERE to go to her blog.

Secret Notes

My girls helped me plan a little surprise for their Daddy who left on a business trip last week. They helped me color up some 3 x 3 note cards for each day he is gone. I colored Daisy and the little duck. My oldest daughter colored Mickey and my littlest colored Donald.

We also made up a few goody bags. I will post them later.

Items Used:

EK Success stamps (Disney)
Peachy Keen Stamps (Duck)
My Creative Time stamps (sentiments except on the duck one)
Copic Markers
Crayola Markers
Colored Pencils

Quacky Birthday!

This card is for my niece's birthday next week.

I stamped the cute little Peachy Keen Stamps Duck Dolls on yellow patterned paper. I colored in the beak and the feet and then cut the ducks out. I discovered I need better detail cutting scissors, but with a little x-acto knife help I made it. This is a pretty simple card. I like the colors and the stamps are the cutest. I'm entering this in Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge and My Pink Stamper's 5 million hit challenge. I hope you are having a quacky day :).
