#2 Son...the Ar-teest!

Timothy stopped by tonight with some of his projects he's been working on,
so thought I'd share. He still amazes me!
There were 3 self portraits but we couldn't get the largest one to photograph well,
so when it gets framed we'll try again.

Self Portrait 2

Superman

Ever since he was in high school, Timothy has had a thing about Superman.
I can't draw something looking straight on,
nevermind looking in a mirror then putting it to canvas...
I'd be all thumbs!

Thanks for stopping!

Cheers!

It's been a while hasn't it!

Today I did this fun card for the color challenge on SCS combining the sketch on CPS. It also gave me a chance to play with my Top Score *wink*

I scored the dark gray, cut away close to the scallop and scored again.

The Canned Indian Summer Coneflowers became daisies, colored with copics. I also need to get another ruler and keep it specifically for copics! Mine is black from use with a sharpie marker and even though I've cleaned it, it'll leave a telltale line when using a different marker!
So, brainstorm here! Yes, ONCE in a while I am capable!! LOL

After making a faux layer with my copic cool gray #1 (and having a darker line along the inside), I took my artist pen and ruler and went over the lines extending to the edges. I like the look!
The next layer is a piece of white cs edged with copic cool gray #7.
