Baby Croc
For this card I have used this cute little baby croc digi stamp and design paper that is a freebie from Beccy's Place. Who would think that a croc could be so cute???
I have coloured my image with promarkers and fussy cut him before attaching with foam pads. The tree trunk has been embossed with a folder and inked with distress inks. My die cut foliage is cut from recycled packaging. The sentiment stamp iwas a magazine freebie. Lastly, I added a couple of wooden creatures which I also coloured with promarkers.

Baby Dragon
The inspiration for this card came from Beccy's Challenge option which was 'local to the area you live'. Immediate panic as I have lived here in Wales for less than 2yrs!
I then spotted some welsh flag ribbon that I had which led me to use this cute baby dragon and colour him red like the welsh dragon on the flag. As the rest of the flag is green and white I have used these colours for my base card and my embossed mat. The DP is a scrap from my stash. I wanted to incorporate the national flower which is the daffodil. Unfortunately I had nothing suitable so used a poinsettia die instead to represent the daffodil. The sentiment is from LOTV and I have gone around the edge with distress ink.

Oh Baubles!
Here is something I have not made for years - a triple easel card!
I have kept it very clean and simple as that seems to be the style I like at the moment while I ease myself back into crafting.
As you can see the base card elements are die cut from gold metallic mirri card. I printed out my Beccy Muir pre-coloured image in 3 different sizes and glued them to gold mats before attaching to the base card. Some die cut holly leaves and red gems finish it.

Rocking Horse
As soon as I saw this gorgeous image from Beccy Muir I just knew it had to be a rocking card. I have decoupaged the image. The stamp on the tag is from Stampin Up and I have added a bow. I have also added a glittery punched heart.

Vase Of Peonies
A decoupaged floral card this time featuring a pre-coloured digi stamp from Beccy Muir. The base card has been layered with card, paper and ribbons. Having cut out my image twice I inked around the main image. I then decoupaged the flowers and leaves using the second image. To make the vase look like glass I applied crystal glaze, adding a few drops to the flowers to look like dew. A large ribbon bow finishes the card off.

Birthday Bear
Here is a cute little card I have made using the freebies from Beccy Muir. It is great that you get a free little kit to enter the challenge at Beccy' Place. I have made a rosette from die cuts to place my image on. I then coloured a wooden cake with promarkers and attached it to the card. This was the first time I tried colouring these wooden cakes and am not too sure if I will do it again as I'm not too pleased with it. Anyway, lastly I added a small sentiment.

Sunflowers
For this card I have used coloured digi's/paper from Beccy Muir. I layered the paper and card onto my base card adding a border with a stitched ribbon. I fussy cut the flower buckets and added them to some panels putting the smaller one at the back and raising the front one with foam pads. The stamped sentiment is a magazine freebie. The flowers and leaves are made with various punches from scraps.

Another Dragon!
Here is another dragon card I have quickly made. This one has a pre-coloured digi and paper from Beccy Muir. It is simply layered and I have added a stamped sentiment from a very old set of stamps that I came across. They must be at least 10 years old but still in very good condition. Just goes to show, don't throw anything out because you might use it again one day!!!

It's very rare for me to do a 'one layer' card, let alone paper piercing. But, that's what I have done with this card. The border has been dry embossed as well as pierced (all by hand). It took a while but I'm quite pleased with the result. The image was printed directly onto the card and coloured with promarkers. The sentiment has been stamped and I have added a gem heart. Finally a few sequin butterflies finish the card. Hope you like it, thanks for looking.

Here is one of the wedding cards I have recently been making. For this one I have used a digi stamp by Beccy Muir that I got ages ago as a freebie. I have coloured the image with promarkers and added glitter to her dress randomly so that it looks lacy before cutting and layering using a nestie label die. The panel behind has been border punched. A few flowers and a 3D sticker finishes this simple card. Hope you like it, thanks for looking.
