TN Time with Lisa & Lori ~ February edition!

Happy Valentine's Day!! I apologize for the delay in posting the challenge this month, life sometimes gets in the way of my crafting fun, but even though this is a short month you still will have until March 9th to play along! So without further adieu, let's get this party started!!

HERE IS HOW OUR CHALLENGE WORKS:
This is a monthly challenge that launches on the 10th of each month  You will have until the 9th at midnight CST to link up your entries. If you complete my sketch challenge link your TN, bullet journal or planner spread below. If you combined my challenge with Lori's challenge link up your spread here on my blog AND on Lori's Blog (My Happy Life). This is a "just for fun" challenge with no prize, but isn't the real prize just documenting your memories and getting more pages done in 2022???!!!!
Now for my challenge!! Here is this month's sketch:

Now for Lori's challenge (February 14-March 9th):

What a perfect challenge for Valentine's Day!! Even though I didn't create a Valentine's Day layout I was still able to include some hearts on my spread!!
Here is my spread using the sketch & Lori's challenge:
Supplies Used: Patterned Paper: Pebbles (Jen Hadfield) Reaching Out, Pebbles (Jen Hadfield) Along the Way & Paige Taylor Evans Wonders (green); stickers: Simple Stories Hey Crafty Girl (word strip & word "create"), Carta Bella Craft & Create and Pebbles (Jen Hadfield) Reaching Out (hearts); Letter Stickers: Keeping Cozy by the Hip Kit Club; enamel dots: My Mind's Eye, white pen: Signo; black pen: Sharpie

Now for some close ups:
I am still working on finishing up my 2021 TN, so this is another spread done in this TN!! Yay! These papers are from my February Great Stash Bash Kit, I love this mix of patterns. Green is a color I don't use a lot but I love this shade and the pops of pink and gold are so pretty with it! If you aren't familiar with the Great Stash Bash challenge, check it out HERE, you may want to join in the fun this year!! As you might notice, I love to outline all my papers, I just love that look, how about you???

My friend Paula G gifted me this Cinch from her stash last year and I was just floored...it was so out of the blue and such a BIG surprise!!  I was so astonished I didn't even get a picture of her and me with it and had to have a friend take this the next day!  I am just blessed to have such amazing friends in my life!!!

Happy Monday!!  Today I am sharing a fun Christmas card I created based on card sketch #184 at Sketch N Scrap!  I created this fun sketch and hope you will enjoy it!

November 5th card at Sketch N Scrap!

Happy weekend!!  Have you had time to play along with the November 5th card sketch at Sketch N Scrap yet?  I created this sketch and have made a few cards with it so far!  Here is the sketch:

Here is one of the cards I created using this fun sketch:
Supplies Used: cardstock: Stampin' Up: kraft & whisper White; patterned paper: Carta Bella Fall Market & Echo Park My Favorite Fall; embossing folder: CTMH; stickers: Carta Bella Fall Market; black pen: Sharpie; stamp: Stampin' Up; ink: Tuxedo Black by Memento.

This card came together so fast using this sketch! I used two left over kits from The ScrapRoom from last September & October.  I am trying to "kill" at least one of my older kits each month to keep them from piling up.  Most of them are just scraps!! This month I hope to "kill" two kits!  So far I have been very successful and my drawer of old kits actually has room in it for more!  I was out of room in the drawer and all the other drawers are full so it was time to start using up some scraps!  Make sure and visit Sketch N Scrap's blog to see what the other DT members created with this sketch!  Happy creating!

Happy Halloween!!  Can you believe I totally forgot to buy Halloween candy??? I sure hope not to many stop by as I have only one straggly bag of candy!! I'm seeing it as a good thing that means I won't eat it...think of all the calories I will be missing out on lol!  Today is the last day of the month and the last Saturday of the month so it's time for our final WCMD sketch...we have been celebrating World Card Making Day all month long at Sketch N Scrap with a new exclusive card sketch!  It's been fun and I have gotten a lot of cards made, how about you?  I hope you have enjoyed it!
Here is the last sketch created by yours truly:

Here is my card created with the sketch:
Supplies Used: Card stock: Whisper White & Dapper Denim: Stampin' Up; Patterned Paper: Pink Paislee And Many More; ink: Memento Black Tuxedo; stamp: CTMH; sticker: Simple Stories I am; black pen: Le Pen

I had fun using up the little last bits of my October Kill a Kit at The ScrapRoom this month.  These are literally the last of my scraps from this line.  I loved this line and was tempted to buy more but talked myself out of it as I have more paper then one person should be allowed to have lol!  I hope you will hop on over to the Sketch N Scrap blog to see what the other DT members created with this sketch!  Happy creating!
