Double Page Layout fun using the June kit at The ScrapRoom!

Happy Hump Day!  Today I am sharing a double page layout I created using the super fun June Flavors of the month Kit at The ScrapRoom!  Here is a reminder of the kit:

This double page layout was super fun to make! I made clipboards from white cardstock by cutting a 3x4 piece, drawing around the edges with a black pen and adding the clipboard sticker to the top!  This is a super fun way to create ephemera or a fun journaling box!!  I loved this collection so much I even bought some extra pieces, so you may see it on another layout soon!  Make sure and head on over to The ScrapRoom blog to check out the other double page layouts the designers created with this amazing kit!!  Happy creating!

I just LOVE these gorgeous Spring Colors in this kit!  There were perfect for these amazing photos of my friend's sweet little granddaughter!!  I fussy cut the smallest cupcake from one of the papers to use as an accent/embellishment on the left page. What a super fun kit this is!!  It was perfect for these photos we took one day in December when we made a fun run to Starbucks to grab some yummy coffee and refreshers!!  My niece and my son's girlfriend LOVE Starbucks and luckily they just built one at the entrance to my neighborhood so we don't have as far to go if we want to make a Starbucks run anymore...not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing lol!  It certainly is not good for my pocketbook!!!  Make sure and head on over to The ScrapRoom blog to check out all the creative double page layouts the DT created with this months' kit!!!  Happy creating!!

I had a lot of fun making this layout.  These are older pictures and I have been waiting for the "perfect" line to document them.  My niece and I used to always go to the local Children's theater to see the Christmas Musical every year and this particular year my niece was wanting a robotic dog that was popular at the time called Zoomer.  It was one of those hard to find toys so my sister kept telling her Santa might not bring it.  So when she saw the mailbox where you could send Santa a letter and the letter writing areas in the foyer of the theater she went right to work on her letter to ensure she got a Zoomer that Christmas!!  Luckily Santa was able to find one last one and bring it to her!!  And as most kids do she barely played with it lol!   Make sure and head over to The ScrapRoom blog to check out the other double page layouts the DT has created with this amazing kit!!  Happy creating!

This kit is so perfect for outdoor pictures of any type! I used pictures of my brother and his family at their lake house earlier this year! I just loved the bright bold colors and patterns in this kit!! These fun pictures are ones my sister and her family took a while back and I snagged them off my sister's Facebook page.  I just loved this line, the colors, the patterns, all the fun embellishments!  Photo Play keeps outdoing themselves on their collections and this one is now at the top of my favs list!! Double page layout fun

Today is my day to share my double page layout using the Flavors of the month kit at The ScrapRoom.  Here is a reminder of the full kit:

I just love the bright color palette of this line! The patterns are fun as well.  The ephemera is cute and my favorite piece was this big swan floatie!  I layered a word strip on top of it and placed my title right above it! It made for a nice title embellishment!!  The tag worked great for making an embellishment cluster to balance out my title! I love the beautiful colors in this kit!  I also loved the lovely script words included in the embellishment kit, they make amazing titles for your layouts!  Pink Fresh has the best embellishments! The chipboard frames and circle stickers are just the best accents! When I saw this gorgeous collection I immediate remembered these pictures of my friend's little granddaughter!  I felt like the hot pink dress would go perfectly with this color scheme!  I cut the dot paper in half so that I could use the floral sprays on each page, it's like a built in embellishment! The gold foil stickers are so pretty and served as the perfect accents for these adorable pictures! Double Page Fun!

Today I am sharing my last layout of the month using the February Flavors of the Month kit at The ScrapRoom!! This is a fun one, it's also a double pager!  I love how it turned out.  Here is the full February Flavors of the Month kit:

I love how this one turned out! I used one of the frames from the ephemera included in my kit to make my title bock.  I framed the photo of the birthday cake with 2 of the different patterned papers to make it stand out.  I loved all the tags and frames included in the kit, they make for some amazing accents!  Make sure and hop on over to The ScrapRoom blog to check out all the other amazing double page layouts the DT created with the kit!!   Happy creating!
