Jaded Blossom Challenge

Jaded Blossom

Hi Everybody!
Today is the start of a brand new challenge on the Jaded Blossom blog!

All you need to do is Create a card/project where the color green is one of the main colors used. Does not have to be St Patty day themed. But needs to use a Jaded Blossom stamp.

Sound fun ? We will draw a winner at random and they will receive......

100 1x8 stick bags (known as M&M and skittle bags)!!!

Here is the project I made for this challenge:

*Jaded Blossom = Flag Dies, Snail Mail mini set, Funny Mail set
*Echo Park = patterned paper
*solid paper = Stampin' Up! (base and turquoise mat), DCWV (green shimmer mat)

*This is a gatefold card.

*I love this little stamp set!  It comes with more sentiments that fit inside the little circle.

*Here's a shot of the card when it's open.

Now head on over to the Jaded Blossom blog to enter this challenge, and see the other gorgeous projects from the rest of the design team! TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :O)

Cooking With Cricut Challenge - Theme Challenge

Hi Everybody!
It's time for another Cooking With Cricut Challenge! This week the challenge was chosen by me and two of my CWC design team sisters.  We decided to make it a theme challenge: It must be birthday plus have a cake, cupcakes or balloons.  I had 3 birthdays in my family this month, so this was a perfect challenge for me!  Here's the card that I created:

*Art Philosophy cartridge
*Jaded Blossom = Funny Mail, Snail Mail
*Timeless Twine = Kraft Brown Bakers Twine
*Peachy Keen Stamps = The Cornies Assortment

*I cut an oval around the digi stamp.  I decided it looked too plain, so I took my scissors and made a wavy oval!

*LOVE that this digi stamp comes with and without a face.  I decided to use some Peachy Keen Face stamps on this one.

*I embossed the card base, and inked the edges.

I hope you enjoyed my card. Now it’s your turn!!! Head on over to Cooking With Cricut to enter your project. TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :OD
