Mickey And Friends Monday

Hi Everybody!
I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I'm happy to help your week get off to a good start with some Mickey Magic! Welcome to Mickey and Friends Monday :O)  We are in the last week of summer vacation, so I didn't have time to make a new project to share this week.  BUT, I did cruise Pinterest for some ideas for you, and I found this amazing vinyl from this blog:

(Here are a few pictures from her blog post.  Please click on her blog name to see MORE pictures, and details!)

This totally inspired me to get some more Disney decor on my walls!  TFL, and hope you have a Magical Monday!!

Mickey And Friends Monday

Hi Everybody!
Ahhhhhhh, it's good to be back from vacation!  And even better to be starting with the week with a Disney project.  This time my guest designer is from my Facebook friend Delia.  Here's what she made for you all:

This Cars card was for a b-day invitation, 2 years.  I used wiggly eyes to
make it more kid friendly.  I used the gypsy and a lot of doodling
with my gel pens.  I made 15 of these for the school secretary.

Me again!  Wasn't that card so cute?!  And I love the tip of using googly eyes since those Disney eyes can be the most challenging part!  The white gel pen detailing also shows up really nice!  Join us again next Monday for more great Disney project inspiration and tips.  Hope you have a magical Monday :oD

Forgotten Father's Day Card

Hi Everybody!
I found these pictures of the card I made for my husband for Father's Day that I totally forgot to post!  It was a while ago, so I don't remember the sizes of  all the little pieces.  I do know I cut the card base @ 5 1/2".  I used 6 different carts, so I was glad to have my Gypsy!  Here are all the carts I used:

*Wild Card (base, and sentiment)
*Paper Dolls (tools)
*Everyday Paper Dolls (bbq)
*Cars (Mater the tow truck)
*Camp Out (tent, and fish)
*Big Rig and flags - I can't remember!!
*I inked the edges to give an extra layer to the front.

I used my Sakura white gel pen to draw the lines on Mater. I did not want to have to do the layers on a cut that small!!

I outlined all the cuts using the Cricut Markers. I love the effect this gives the cuts!

I thought this tire track paper with the foil in it was the perfect paper for this card :)

Hopefully this helps show some ideas for masculine cards. Thanks, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today!
