Having fun and being inspired by Susi and Youtube I tried my luck as well with doing the trees. The background was a clean-up of my gelli-plate. Embellished with de Stempelwinkel-stamps and a digi images of paperwhimsy.

calendar 2015

I am still reorganising my craft space and found my book of calender pages. I was thinking about taking the calendar pages off and use the then empty book for something else. But going through the pages I had done, I just could not do it.
And kind of an early new year resolution I started to make new pages for 2015 and using these pages to destash and using dies I had rarely used so far.
Knowing me, the only way to write in that journal is at the end of the day. So far I am at week 15 with the plan, not having the book in  my craft room, but next to my bed. That way there´s at least the chance I really do journal in the book.

Week 1 and 2 are the last pages I had already showed, reusing these as the were still empty. So today I want to show you week 3-6.

I used the framelit tree dies by S. Barnard to make my trees. Stamps used: Design by Ryan, de Stempelwinkel. The rest is a paper napkin.

follow your passion

Having had a sketch in my sketch book I really did not like - I guess we all know that - I used gesso and a napkin to change the scene and here´s the result

I just have know that 90g/m2 paper is not really the best choice working with different media. The book looks .........

I hope you are not already bored to death from my whimsical muse. But lately, being banned from my computer, I sketched and what you see here it coloring these sketches. I guess with christmas only days away we all enjoy the whimsical time of the year.....:)

Loving the art of Mindy Lacefield I tried to follow her my way (ok, colouring has to be practised)

And organizing my craft space further - the only real good thing about limited access to my PC (I hope next week with a bigger WLAN and an WLAN enforcer I do not have to share my desk any longer....) I played a little with my new carabella stamps and one of those many backgrounds. The frames were a left over of a TH sticker sheet after all the stickers were gone and I thought it to be the perfect recycling :)

No rhyme or reason just having stamping fun.

Hi my dear friends,

as I am still a little bit behind I am sharing 3 pages today I crafted in the last 3 weeks

just playing with a new stencil

another new face stencil  but unfortunately a very true quote. Only very few of you know that I have been diagnosed with a very annoying autoimmun infection and I am still fighting sometimes to accept the limitations that come with it. And yes, sometimes my head means he is wiser than my body...but my body is one hell of stubborn :)

Sailing to Halloween land

I am not really a big Origami fan - love the results but hate to follow instructions - but I loved the boat I found on the Internet and thought that would be great for a Halloween project for de Stempelwinkel:

Travelling journal 2014 USA

I love to keep a traveling journal, sharing a page each day with my daughter, each of us writing down what was important for each of us.
And as the USA was very hot I also found time to sketch, paint and stamp.
