Spilling liquor.

--Anthony Burk, who keeps at the corner of Eighteenth and Cary streets, was arrested yesterday on the charge of selling liquor to soldiers. Mr. Betts, of the police office, acting under instructions from the chief, repaired to the place and spilled upon the ground Burk's entire stock of whisky, and we understand the same thing will be done in all similar cases hereafter.

An order was issued yesterday for the arrest of Mrs. Bob Hamilton, proprietress of "Bob's House," at Rocketts, for a like offence.
