From Georgia.

Milledgeville, December 14.
--Provisional Governor Johnson has sent to the Legislature a dispatch, received from President Johnson, saying that the Governor elect will be inaugurated in a few days, and he would receive instructions in regard to being relieved, suggesting that he would issue no commissions to members of Congress, but leave that for the incoming Governor. It is understood that Governor Jenkins desires to know his real status before taking his seat.
