Gen. W. H. F. Lee.

--Gen. W. H. F. Lee is at Fortress Monroe at the present time, and will be brought to this city by the next flag of truce boat. It will be recollected that Gen. Lee was one of the prisoners held as hostage the Yankee Government for the safety of Capts. Sawyer and Flynn, condemned to be hung by the Confederate Government in retaliation for two officers executed by Gen. Burnside for recruiting in the Federal lines.
