Negro Enlistments in Baltimore.

--In a copy of the Baltimore American we notice no less than half a dozen advertisements for negro troops. One calls for corporals and sergeants, who are to be sent to Philadelphia to a military school, supported by the Quakers. Camp Belger, at Draid Hill Park, is the rendezvous for negro recruits.
