--A letter in a Philadelphia paper from Norfolk, Va says:‘ Mr. John Ford, of Norfolk, for breaking his oath of allegiance and corresponding with the enemy, has been sentenced to one year's imprisonment in the jail there, at hard labor. He is to be weighted with a twenty-four pound ball and three feet of chain, and to be employed in cleaning the streets. At the end of his term he is to be sent out of the limits of Gen.
