Grievous Nuisance.
--The people in the neighborhood of Chimborazo Hospital complain bitterly of the rude and noisy conduct of the servants there employed. On Friday night last a party of these black scamps were shouting and swearing about, as if none were to be disturbed by it. They also tore down fencing around private lots, and disturbed all who were within hearing of their voices. If the stewards cannot control them the neighbors may find it necessary to teach them their places by the use of powder and shot.
