War tax in Georgia.

--Hon. E. G. Cabiness, collector for Georgia, has furnished the Macon Telegraph, with a report of his progress in collecting the Confederate war tax. He anticipates an annual revenue of twenty millions from Georgia, and taking this estimate as a basis the war tax will aggregate a hundred millions in the State--perhaps a hundred and ten.
