Arrival of Yankee prisoners.

--There was brought down last night by the Petersburg train one hundred and sixty-six Yankees, captured during a recent attempt of the invading troops at Charleston in storm Fort Sumter. Among the number were twenty commissioned officers. They were a rough looking set of fellows.
