--At auction yesterday large quantities of groceries, tobacco, woollens, &c., were disposed of at pretty fair prices. We append the quotations; Sugar, in hogshead, 54@72 cents per lb; in barrels, 53½@58; N. O. Molasses, in barred; $3.25 per gallon; Family Flour, $25 per bbl, superfine $21½@21¾; Rice 8½@15 cents; heavy Woollens, three quarters of a yard wide, $1½ Tobacco, in boxes, 46 @102½ cents per lb; Coffee $1.87@$2. The sales went off with animation.
