The condemned men.

--In noticing the fact a few days since that David W. Rogers, Patrick McGowan, and John Kellaher were condemned to be shot for desertion, we added on information furnished us, the words, ‘"in face of the enemy."’ We are informed by note from the unfortunate men in question that they did not leave their regiments until three or four days after the battle of the 30th of August; and that in the case of John Kellaher, not till he was unable to proceed further in pursuit of the flying foe.
