--Nearly four hundred Yankee prisoners of war were sent from Richmond yesterday, to Aikin's landing on James river. Included in the number, were the officers who were to have started on Thursday, also, all of the patients in the hospitals, save twenty eight, who were unable to bear removal, and one hundred or more men from the Libby prison. Conveyances were provided for all who were unable to walk. The cavalry escort to the cortege was composed of men from Capt Wrenn's company
