Arrival of Federal cavalry in Louisville — stampede of Yankees.
The Cincinnati Commircial, of the 18th inst., publishes an account of the stampede of a Federal expedition against Cumberland Gap. The account says the stampede was worse than that at Bull Run, and was caused by Gen. Hardee's expedition from Bowling Green. The panic was intensified by the report that Hardee had in his command 100,000 men. The Commercial says: ‘"We have no heart to comment on such imbecility." ’
