--The Louisville (Ky.,) Journal, of the 13th inst., says:

‘ We stated on Friday last that a rebel we man had been arrested at Vincennes, on her way South and brought to this city as a prisoner. She had in her possession much valuable information with maps and plane of fortifications at Washington and elsewhere. She is a resident of Pitrusburg and her name is Emma Poore. She has arrived at Washington under the escort of officer D. T. Bligh.
