Landing of Federals and the Subsequent Raising of the Federal flag — the ball opened.

Augusta, Nov. 26.
--The Savannah Republican, of this morning, says ‘that late on Sunday evening several barges of Lincolnites landed on Tybee island. Soen after doing so, they raised a Federal flag on the light-house. ’
