--It is reported that Mr. George Miles, of this city, who was arrested in New York and imprisoned in Bastile Lafayette, has been released on taking an oath not to take up arms against the ‘"United States."’ If this information is correct, he will probably be permitted to come home under the next flag of truce. Rumor also announces the release of Mr. Guthrie, of Petersburg, who, refusing to take the oath, remains in New York on parole.
