Commander Robert D. Therburn, of Fredericksburg.

We learn that this efficient officer, late of the Federal Navy, resigned immediately on hearing of the secession of Virginia, and on the same day tendered his services to the Governor. His name has heretofore escaped us in mentioning the resignation of Virginia officers.
