People of Richmond the eyes of the world are upon you! To the rescue! To the rescue!.

The foregoing stirring appeal is written by the local, and is at the service of the candidates for the respective offices to be filled to-day. Union and Secession candidates may alike have the use of it, upon condition that they will deport themselves throughout the day with the dignity, gravity and temperateness demanded by their responsible positions before the world.
