Popular vote on secession in Louisiana.

--The New Orleans Delta of the 27th furnishes from the official records, in possession of the Secretary of the Convention, an accurate tabular statement of the popular vote upon the Convention question. The vote throughout the State for the ‘"immediate secession"’ candidates was 20,448, and for the ‘"co-operation"’ nominees 17,076, a majority in favor of the former of 3,372.
