From Washington.

Washington, Feb. 28.
--The President has determined to strike Gen. Twiggs' name from the Army roll, on the ground of treason.

About fifty Republicans voted with the Opposition for Corwin's amendment to the Constitution. Mr. Hindman, of Ark., was the only Southern man who voted with the Republicans in the negative.

The action of the House rejoices the Conservatives.

The President has approved the bill establishing Colorado Territory. Slavery is ignored both in that and the Pike's Peak bill.
