Excitement at Chambersburg, Pa.

--There was much excitement in Chambersburg, Pa., in consequence of a Secessionist having appeared at the Town Hall Tuesday night, where the ladies were holding a fair. The man wore a secession badge, and a scuffle was the result. Nobody was hurt, but as both parties were preparing Wednesday, in anticipation of a fight, there was danger of a riot.--The Town Council, consequently ordered the hall to be closed.
