πολλὰ μὲννῦν δ̓: the thought is, ‘though hitherto I have been silent, now I must speak.’ γοωμένην takes πολλὰπανδάκρυτ᾽ ὀδύρματα as ‘inner’ (or ‘cognate’) accus., and τὴν Ἡρ. ἔξοδον as object: Schneidewin cp. Eur. Med.205ἄχεα μογερὰ βοᾷ” | “τὸν ἐν λέχει προδόταν”.
