(1) Woopee, Mr Blogger is behaving himself today and I've managed to upload the card I wanted to show yesterday.

(2) the Holly Jolly Challenge blog has been rebuilt by our fabulous Cindy and this week's challenge will go live at 1700 GMT (1200 EST).  There is a new blog address so if you click on the link here you'll be taken to the new blog so you can save it.  Hope you'll join in later today.

I survived the MRI scan and have to say it wasn't as bad as I'd envisaged!  I can't say I liked it but it was a case of needs must and thankfully behind me now.  Off to have brekkie and maybe get the ironing board out.  I'm meeting my cousin for lunch as I haven't seen her since New Year so no doubt there'll be plenty to chat about.

Hi everyone!

Missed yesterday, busy day with one thing and another.  Central heating boiler serviced, Mr Tesco delivered shopping and dog to vet for annual MOT ... all go in the Campbell household!

Today I've been in town to get buttons for the cardis and beads to make some more bracelets.  Mr C was up at silly o'clock this morning as he'd to be on the 8.10 train to Glasgow for a safety briefing, he wasn't a happy bunny, he doesn't do early mornings any more!  

I've a cute little fellow to share with you before I post my card.  I've crocheted him for the baby that's due as I'm getting all the vibes that it's a boy without actually being told!  I've a white one in the making should it turn out to be a girl!

   

Onto my card for today now and just a wee word, I might not be around tomorrow as I'm out with my friend and we're meeting up with her sister so goodness knows where we will end up ... I'll let you know though!

Morning everyone!

I was awake quite early today so rather than lie in bed and get lazy (!) I decided to pop upstairs to the craftroom.  I've made a few cards and am about to share one with you now.

The sun is shining and it's not supposed to be, according to the weather forecast.  Best get out and enjoy it while it's there.  Mr C and I are off to B&Q (seniors day!) to get a new strimmer.  What an exciting life we lead eh.

Evening all!

It's been another busy old day and I'm chasing my tail again!  What a beautiful day it's been and no cold wind for a change.  I was up with the lark this morning, into town for shopping and bits and pieces and home again by 11 o'clock!  The rest of the day has been spent crafting, jewellery making and my most hated of all jobs, cooking!

I've been having a good old rant tonight.  God bless one of my blogging buddies cos she had to listen to it.  Thank you, you know who you are!  To summarise : I placed a crafty order 11 weeks ago and still haven't received it.  I'm saying no more about it at the moment until I see what the reply to my email is but if I don't get any satisfaction, I'm naming and shaming.  I really hate shoddy customer service and I have to say, it's very very rare in the craft world.  Parcels are usually popping through my door almost as soon as I've placed the order.

Anyway, rant over so I'd better show you one of the creations I've made today.

My Experiments!

Hi folks!  I'm a little bit earlier today especially as there are a few things I want to watch on TV tonight and also the start of the new series of Scott & Bailey.

Lovely day here but still chilly.  It is nice to see the sun though.  I should have changed the bed and got it hung out but my back is playing up again and I can't do the bed on my own.  Will just have to wait another day and Mr C will help me tomorrow as that's the start of his week off again. 

Lovely news this afternoon, my best friend has another granddaughter, Eva Alison.  Mum and baby both well.

Anyway, this is what I was playing with yesterday.  I saw the idea of printing backing paper straight onto card on one of the blogs I follow but I had a bit of tweaking to get it right and boy did the time pass quickly!  Mind you, instead of playing I should be getting my head down.  I've been asked to do classes and also have a stall at a school fete!  All go all of a sudden.

I'd better be off now, I have our four legged friend sitting very patiently at my feet waiting for her tea so enjoy your evening and I'll see you tomorrow.

Hope you are all well today.  We had another lovely day of sunshine yesterday although it was chilly.  Snow is forecast for today but time will tell!

It was mid afternoon when I got back home from town yesterday so I put the shopping away and popped into the craft room for a while.  It was far too late in the day to start housework or ironing!!!  Wasn't that a good excuse?

Hi folks!

What a lovely sunshiney day.  It does you good to see some sun.  The weather forecast says to make the most of today though as it's back to 'normal' tomorrow!

No card yesterday as I was out with my friend.  We had a lovely day but I was absolutely shattered by the time I came home and was in bed by 9pm.  I had intended to make a card in the evening but it took me all my time to keep my eyes open to watch the soaps (sad I know!)

Nothing stopping me today and as it's Saturday and the beginning of the month it's time for Penny Black.  I love this challenge and here's what I've done for it.
