Wedding Day

Hi folks!

I've scheduled this post as I'm off to Edinburgh on the train to meet up with my friend.  She's staying there at the moment making sure her granddaughters don't have mad parties while their parents are on holiday!  It will be nice to have a look round the shops and have lunch.  We are also in dire need of a catch-up!

Hello peeps!

I've scheduled this post as Friday is going out with my Aunt day and I need to get a wriggle on first thing!  I don't know where we will end up today ... a full tank of petrol and we're on our way.

The fridge engineer came and went yesterday.  Something to do with the defroster in the freezer not working and stopping the airflow to the fridge.  A part has to be ordered so won't have the fridge for another week.  I remember when I was little that Mum never had a fridge at all, just a wee larder cupboard out on the landing.  How things have changed and we've become so dependent on modern technology.

Hi all!

Grey and overcast today ... spring hasn't sprung after all! Into town for me today, I've a few things to do before we head off to the sun (hopefully!)  I was speaking to one of my friends in Spain the other day and they'd had rain, hail, thunder, lightening and, to cap it all, a tornado.  Wow I hope it's better by the end of the week!

Morning everyone!

Up with the lark this morning as Mr C and I are off to Inverness till Wednesday.  I just hope the snow stays away till we get home.  There's nothing in our little neck of the woods today but it's all around!
