Easter Bunnies

Hi everyone!

Sorry blogging has been a bit sporadic recently.  I'm only just catching up with myself since Mr C and I were down South visiting friends.  We had a lovely few days with them and the weather was sunny and warm which was an added bonus.  We came home last Tuesday and the time has whizzed past since then.

Yesterday I was at the Dancing on Ice Final Tour at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow.  The show was wonderful and Torvill and Dean danced Bolero which was spectacular.  Unfortunately the venue left a lot to be desired considering it was only opened in September 2013.  I can only describe it as a football stadium with walls, dirty concrete ones at that.  Having travelled from Perth the first thing my pals and I wanted was a cuppa, not one cafe to be found with seats so we had a "fine dining" experience of eating chips on top of a bin ... class!  Rant over!

This morning I was busy doing housework, then I did some jewellery making to take to the school fair and now I'm trying to catch up with blog visiting and some DT work.  Goodness knows how I ever had time to work.  Enjoy the rest of your day.

Ooops, I can't believe another week has gone and I haven't lived up to my own resolution of posting more often!  I just never seem to have long enough to sit down in the craft room and actually create.  Once I've popped onto my favourite blogs (and got sidetracked of course!) I've run out of time.  Maybe next week will be more productive.

Hope you all have a lovely day whatever you're up to.  Our granddaughter stayed over last night so I'll drop her off at her Saturday job then I'm meeting my friend for lunch ... no wonder I never have time, I never seem to be at home.

Another lovely day in my little corner of the world.  I've been busy this morning doing housework.  Bedcovers changed, washed, dried and back onto the bed!  They didn't even need ironing, woopee!

I'm going to have a play in the craft room until it's time to walk the dog.

Hi everyone!

Fail, fail, fail ... Mr Mojo has decided he's not ready to settle down again and has left the country, not telling me and, worse still, he's left me behind!  Oh, woe is me ...

Daughter is looking for a car so she's off hunting with her Dad today.  I'm happy to leave the pair of them to it, they'll get on better on their own.  I might get some ironing done but, on the other hand, I might try to find Mr Mojo.

Biker Boy!

Good evening friends!

Well, what a miserable day it's been here.  Very heavy rain, strong winds and cold again.  It's been more like November than May!  Being Friday I was out with my Aunt as always.  Mr C came too and we met up with my cousin and her husband and went to the Golf Club for lunch.  Ooooh it was scrumptious.

Nothing planned for the weekend so far but depending on the weather ... who knows!

Afternoon one and all!

I had a wonderful day with my Aunt yesterday.  We started off in Stirling as she wanted a bit of food shopping in M&S then went along to Doune Antique Centre for lunch, yummy.  We had a wee look around the antique centre and spent a heap of cash ... in our dreams only!

My daughter and granddaughter are away to Glasgow for the day with their friends and I've just had a text from them ... it's snowing.  It's very cold here but at least the sun is shining.  Not to worry, it doesn't snow in the shopping centre.

Mr C is away out with the dog so I thought, as I've been good this morning and have done all my housework and washing, I could have a play in the craftroom.  I love the Less is More challenge on Saturday so here's my creation for it.  I nearly made a faux pas with this card ... again!  I read what I want to, not what I actually see so I though on first glance it said paper PIECING.  Thankfully, through experience, I read it twice and saw it was pieRcing.
