I made this card for my Grandad's Birthday, then on the day I was going to post it, my fab prize arrived from Papermaze, and it included these lovely letter stickers, which were just what I needed to finish it off! Autumn Daisy!

Here's another card featuring Daisy. She's our only Sugar Nellie girl at the moment, so all my Sugar Bowl entries feature her! I've used Promarkers to colour her.
I've used pigment inks to colour the edge of my card (a bit of orange, yellow & green), and used some flower paper from a magazine freebie to go for an autumn colour theme. I'm not sure what the green net-string stuff is (if someone could enlighten me that would be great....), but I've added some of that as I found it lying in the bottom of the drawer and is seemed to fit. I've cut some Core Color card using nesties, and Daisy's sitting in the middle.

Challenges I'm entering:
The Sugar Bowl #44 - Sketch +/- Birthday
The Crafty Calendar - Birthday +/- autumn colours
Creative Card Crew - Bloomin' Marvellous
C.R.A.F.T #70 - Fancy Floral

Butterflies & Flowers

Here's a card I made tonight using a fabulous image from MelJen's Designs.

I've used some grey & purple spotted paper (from magazine freebie), and some butterfly paper with spots. There is some pink/purple butterfly/spot ribbon from Hobbycraft, and 3 GORGEOUS paper roses from the blog candy I won from Jude! I finished off by rubbing 2 different shades of purple ink pad round the edge of the card to "distress" (like I did around the image)!

Challenges I'm entering:
MelJen's Designs #2 - Girly Colours
Colour Create #42 - Lilac, Grey & White
Alice in Wonderland #8 - You can learn a lot of things from the flowers
Creative Cottage #6 - Things with Wings (the butterflies)
Sophisticat #29 - So Distressing
