Stampotique scraplings by Sarah

I just discovered scraplings!!  They seem to have been around a long time but they'd passed me by until now.

If you've not come across them either, they are the by-product of turning an A5 card into a square.  I love working 'small' so these were right up my street, especially since I added some pages using pamphlet stitch and turned them into mini books :)

The 'fabulous' scrapling started out as a very plain one, with just the single word stamped on the front.  The idea was going to be to be very black and white on the outside, and full of colour inside (I colour copied some journal pages and trimmed them down to make pages)

It evolved a bit after I added the word 'smile' though!!

Let me know if you've made any scraplings recently, I'd love to see them!

Cat's Chorus!

Just a quick post to show this box fame hanging that I made using Oh TreeSmall Tree TopperFront Door ShrubberyChristmas Ornaments CubeMini Christmas Ornaments CubeWelcome DoorLine UpAbstract Foliage and Snowman. Please accept my apologies for the photos but this was a complete nightmare to photograph and the pictures really don't do this project justice.

An attempt to show the sparkle and shine!
An attempt to show the depth and texture!
Hopefully you can make out the icicles and  sparkly gold wings?
Thanks for stopping by today.

It's A "Rubbish" Christmas Ornament!!!

Literally! I've taken an old sardine can and turned it into a Christmas Ornament using  Brrr...SnowmanPicket FenceChristmas Mosaic and Abstract Foliage (which I have to say, makes the coolest snow capped tree!). I haven't fully decided yet as to if it should be free standing, displayed as it is in the picture or if it should hang... decisions, decisions!

Thanks for stopping by today.
