Five for Friday.

This week has been a long one. 

So I am thinking I need some positivity in this here post. 

Here are a five fabulous things that are happening as of late. 

1. Free Date night tonight. 

They are opening a new Red Robin in Gainesville 

and they are offering people free meals on the days before they open 

so they can train their waiters. 

Free is my favorite price!

2. I got a free dress. 

Eshakti is my new favorite place to shop online. 

They have adorable clothes. 

And they shipped me a new dress.. 

I can't spoil it though so just be excited for a review next week. 

3. New blog Design. 

This lady is re-designing my blog.

And I am SO THRILLED about it. 

I will give you one little secret. 

Think mountains.

4. I loved reading this article. 

Seriously, please take a minute and read it. 

Especially if you have ever been curious about what I believe in. 

It is written by a non-mormon

and he explains the basics of our beliefs incredibly well.

5. This guy is my new favorite.

Cheers for the weekend!

Our weekend was nice and relaxing. 

Well, for me at least. 

Dave competed in a climbing competition on Saturday. 

He was totally rocking it until he tweaked his finger. 

His finger has been bugging him forever and he had it taped

but it obviously was not good enough. 

We ended up leaving early but he still rocked it in my opinion... 

We also had a fabulous date night on Friday.
We ate at one of our favorite restaurants.
Chuy's.
Heard of it?
it is AMAZING!
And we even got dessert there, which we never do.
Tres leches.

My dad also helped us file our taxes.
We were expecting to have to pay A LOT!
My nanny job last Fall didn't take out any taxes, so I was super worried. 
We found out that between what we made from State and what we owe for Federal...
we only owe 10 dollars!

So I never told you about our love day. 

It was pretty great. 

We both were busy all day but I surprised Dave in the morning 

with a heart attacked mirror. 

And a little gift.

Dave totally scored his own. 

He LOVED it. 

 We enjoyed a lovely evening. 

Chuy's for dinner. 

Which is seriously one of my favorite Mexican Restaurants now. 

Sorry folks, not in Utah. 

Then Dave took me to see Safe Haven. 

Typical, I know. We loved it. 

I read the book and I always enjoy Nicholas Sparks' books. 

Our Love day was fabulous. 

Low key is always a good thing.
