Haul 88 Colores - Marzo '14

¡Feliz lunes, chicas!
Hoy vengo a enseñaros unas compras a la web 88 Colores de hace unas semanas, ya que pusieron envío gratis para pedidos superiores a 15€, y aproveché con Vero para hacer un pedido.
En la web tienen muchísimas marcas, entre ellas algunas que hasta ahora no se encontraban fácilmente en España como Lime Crime, Jordana, BH Cosmetics, LA Colors o Milani.
En el haul no entraré en demasiado detalle con los productos, pero si queréis review de alguno en concreto, no tenéis más que pedirlo.

Today I come to show you my last haul on 88 Colores website from a few weeks ago, because they were offering free shipping, and Vero and I placed an order. 

In this website they have many brands, including some that are not easily found in Spain as Lime Crime, Jordana, BH Cosmetics, LA Colors or Milani. 

In this haul I will not go into too much detail with the products, but if you want me to review any of them,you just have to ask.

Lo primero con lo que caí fueron las sombras en formato lápiz jumbo de la marca Jordana, y ahora me arrepiento de no haber cogido más. Cogí los tonos 03 Tenacious Brown y 04 Continuous Almond. Ambos son tonos mate, son cremosos, se difuminan con el dedo a la perfección, y una vez se fijan, duran intactos todo el día, además de ser resistentes al agua. ¿Alguien da más?
Yo estoy encantadísima, y aunque el precio sea "elevado" respecto a lo que cuestan en EEUU, siguen siendo más baratos que los Long Lasting de Kiko, y viene más cantidad de producto: cuestan 4'75€, y traen 2.8 gramos. ¿La pega? Hay que sacarles punta, pero los recomiendo al 100%.

The first thing I bought were the eyeshadows pencil jumbos by the brand Jordana  and now I regret not buying more of them. 
I bought 03 Tenacious Brown and 04 Continuous Almond  Both are matte shades, creamy, fade perfectly with the finger, and once set, they last intact throughout the day, as well as being waterproof. Could they be better?
I am enchanted, and although the price is "high" relative to what they cost in the U.S., they are still cheaper than Kiko's Long Lasting, and they have more grams: they cost €4'75, and bring 2.8 grams. The downside? You have to sharpen them, but I recommend them a 100%.

Vero pidió un esmalte de uñas de la marca Kleancolor, que supuestamente huele a menta una vez aplicado. El tono es el Wave of Peppermint, aunque no tiene nada que ver la foto oficial con el tono real. Este tiene un precio de 2'95€, y podéis encontrar un montón de tonos y acabados distintos en la misma marca, a muy buen precio.

Vero ordered a nail polish from the brand Kleancolor  which supposedly smells like mint when applied. The shade is Wave of Peppermint  although the color of the official picture has nothing to do with the actual shade. This is priced at €2'95, and you can find plenty of shades and finishes in the same brand at a great price.

También se pidió un gloss de Lime Crime, ya que la marca está genial de precio en la web (prácticamente el mismo que en la web oficial, pero con un envío más barato y ahorrándonos las posibles aduanas).
En concreto, pidió el tono Candy Apple, un rojo con shimmer precioso, y opaco. Lo tienen rebajado a sólo 12'75€, y yo no descarto hacerme con algo de la marca, que tengo la espinita clavada desde hace tiempo.

She also ordered a Lime Crime lip gloss, since the brand has a great price on the website (about the same price from the official website, but with a cheaper shipping, and saving us the possible customs). 
Specifically, she picked the shade Candy Apple, a red with beautiful shimmer, and opaque. They have just lowered the price to €12'75, and may try something from the brand in the future, as I've been wanting to try it for so long.

Por último, nos pedimos un par de correctores de la marca L.A. Girl de los que habíamos oído hablar muy bien, yo en el tono Classic Ivory, y ella en el tono Creamy Beige. El tono más claro a mi me queda algo oscuro, así que supongo que me tocará esperar a verano para usarlo. El packaging no me gusta nada, ya que hay que apretar mucho para que salga el producto, y el tipo de aplicador que tiene no es de los que más me gustan (los prefiero "tipo gloss"). El producto en sí no lo he probado mucho, porque me queda oscuro ahora mismo, pero si funciona tan bien como he oído, de precio está genial: cuesta sólo 3'50€, por 8 gramos de producto.

Finally, we ordered a couple of concealers by the brand L.A. Girl which had very nice reviews, in the shades Classic Ivory (for me) and Creamy Beige  (for her). The lighter shade is a tad dark for me, so I guess I will have to wait until summer to use it. I really don't like the packaging because you have to push really hard to use the product, and the type of applicator it has is not like the ones I like (I prefer a "gloss type"). I have not tried much the product itself , as for me is dark right now, but if it works as well as I have heard, the price is great: it costs only €3,50 for 8 grams of product.

En la web trabajan como un catálogo, por lo que el pedido tarda en enviarse entre 7 y 15 días, así que hay que tener paciencia. A mi tardaron 11 días en enviármelo. El precio del envío creo que depende del peso (como os he dicho, yo pillé la promo de g.e. gratis), y tienen tres opciones disponibles: ordinario, con firma (certificado en pedidos superiores a 8€), o por ASM.

On the website they work as a catalog, and the order takes to be sent between 7 and 15 days, so you have to be patient. Mine took 11 days for being sent. Shipping price depends on the weight I think (as I said, when I ordered they have a free shipping promo), and they have three options available: standard, signed (certified on orders over €8), or by ASM.

Haul Kiko - Rebajas (Verano 2013)

Empezaré por el esmalte que compré para la boda de mi prima, el 281 Mango. Es un tono precioso que iba a juego con las tiras del vestido. Ahora mismo lo tenéis en tiendas a 1'50€.

I will start with the nailpolish that I bought for my cousin's wedding, the 281 Mango. It's a beautiful shade that matched the dress straps. Right now, you have it in stores at a price of 1'50 €.

Es muy pigmentado, y cubre perfectamente con una capa.

It's very pigmented, and it covers the nail with just one layer.

Lo siguiente que compré es un pigmento de la colección Colors in the World, el 28 Sunny Coral, y si mal no recuerdo, me costó unos 2'90€.

The next thing I bought is a pigment from the Colors in the World collection, the 28 Sunny Coral, and if I recall, it cost about €2'90.

El bote contiene 6 gramos, y tiene un tono precioso, perfecto para verano. Por el precio que tiene ahora mismo, os recomendaría conseguirlo si todavía fuese posible. Podéis ver un swatch en movimiento en Instagram.

The pot contains 6 grams, and has a beautiful shade, perfect for summer. For the money they cost now, I recommend you to get it if it's still possible. You can see a moving swatch on Instagram.

Mi compra preferida fue el Long Lasting 28 Intentional Bright Ivory. Se trata de una sombra en stick en un tono beige con brillos dorados.

My favorite purchase was the Long Lasting 28 Intentional Bright Ivory. It is an eyeshadow stick in beige with gold glitter.

Da muchísima luminosidad a cualquier look, y queda muy natural. Lo utilizo tanto solo como de prebase para sombras, puesto que no me saca pliegues. De hecho, compré dos sticks iguales, puesto que al ser de colección, van a ser retirados. Cada uno costó 3'40€.

It gives lots of luminosity to any look, and is very natural. I use it either alone or as a primer for eyeshadows, since it stays without creasing. In fact, I bought two sticks the same shade, since being a collection, they will be discontinued. Each one cost €3'40.

También compré un Glow Touch Lips & Cheeks en el tono 02 Icy Watermelon. La lata era una auténtica pesadilla, tuve que pasar un par de días abriendo y cerrando la lata hasta que conseguí que fuese más fácil, puesto que están durísimas.

I also bought a Glow Touch Lips & Cheeks in the shade 02 Icy Watermelon. The can was a real nightmare, I had to spend a couple of days opening and closing the can until it started to be easier, since they are so harsh.

El producto sirve tanto para labios como para mejillas, y deja un aspecto muy jugoso en la piel. Los tenéis ahora por 2'90€.

You can use this product both on lips and cheeks, and it looks quite juicy on the skin. The now have €2'90.

Por último, aproveché que tenían la Super Color Mascara 09 a 2€, y me la llevé para probar, puesto que tuve una morada, pero se me secó en apenas una semana. Creo que es de colección, porque en la web sólo aparece hasta el número 08. Las Super Color Mascara, con el 30%, se os quedarían a 4'13€. Podéis ver cómo quedan en Instagram.

Finally, since they had the Super Color Mascara 09 at 2 €, I bought it to try, since I had the purple one, but it got dry in just one week. I think that it it's from a collection, because on the website I just can see this mascaras 'till the 08. The Super Color Mascaras, with the 30% off, would cost €4'13. Química Alemana - Esmalte Endurecedor para Uñas

Os traigo al blog un review que me habéis pedido por Instagram, después de que os hablase de lo contenta que estaba con los resultados. ¡Sí, por fin he encontrado un endurecedor para uñas que realmente funciona!
Mis uñas eran un desastre, ya no sabía que hacer con ellas... Se me abrían en capas y se me rompían todos los días, lo que conllevaba que los esmaltes me durasen intactos apenas unas horas. Después de mes y pico usando el esmalte, os puedo decir que ha cambiado por completo el estado de mis uñas.

I bring today to the blog one review that I have been asked for on Instagram, after I told you how happy I was with the results. Yes, I have finally found a nail hardener that really works!
My nails were a mess, I did not know what to do with them... They were opened in layers and tend to broke almost every day, which entailed that the intact manicure lasted me a few hours. After a month and a half using the nail hardener, I can really say that it has completely changed the state of my nails.

En las primeras semanas no noté ningún cambio, pero igualmente, seguí usándolo, hasta que a partir de la cuarta empecé a ver una verdadera diferencia.
Durante los primeros usos, notaba una sensación molesta y algo desagradable sobre las uñas, pero no quise darme por vencida. Os recomiendo evitar que el producto entre en contacto directo con la piel, ya que en esos casos es cuando empieza a molestar realmente.

In the first few weeks I didn't notice any visible change, but anyways, I kept using it until after the forth week, I began to see a real difference.
During the first uses, I noticed a nagging and nasty feeling on the nails, but I did not gave up. I recommend you to avoid touching the skin directly with the product, since in these cases is when it starts to really annoy.

Al aplicar el producto en la uña queda completamente transparente, y deja un brillo muy bonito, por lo que podemos usar sólo este esmalte sin tener que acompañarlo necesariamente de ningún color.

When applying the hardener to our nails, the product is completely transparent, and leaves a nice sheen, so that we can use only this polish without necessarily accompany it with any color.

Como prueba, os enseño mis uñas actuales, después de justo una semana pintadas. Apenas se aprecia descascarillado del esmalte, y a éste paso me veo que me las cambiaré de color por aburrimiento, más que por "necesidad". Durante las primeras semanas, mis uñas se fastidiaban igual que siempre, por lo que tenía que reaplicar continuamente el producto, pero si no tenéis paciencia para eso, os recomiendo dejarlas descansar de esmaltes de color durante un tiempo, y aplicar sólo el de Química Alemana.

As evidence, I show you my current nails, just a week after I painted them. You can barely see any peeling on the nail polish, and if it continues like this I think that I will change the color for the boredom, rather than "need". During the first few weeks, my nails were as bad as usual, so I had to constantly reapply the product, but if you have no patience for that, I recommend leaving them rest of colored nail polishes for a while, and apply only the one from Quimica Alemana.

A día de hoy no lo cambio por nada, y si tenéis el mismo problema que tenía yo, os recomiendo encarecidamente. ¡Ya me contaréis qué tal vuestros resultados!

*Mucho cuidado con las falsificaciones de eBay. Os recomiendo adquirir el artículo en tiendas fiables.

*Beware of fakes on eBay. I recommend purchasing the item in reliable shops.
