Give Thanks Banner

Hello  everyone, I  hope you all are having a cozy crafty day! Its cold here. I finished a shaker Christmas ornament  and I'm cooking some of my pumpkins to mash  up and freeze, going to roast the pumpkins seeds too.
My daughter Amy asked me to make her a Thanksgiving banner. Here is what I created.
I love how it turned out! I just may have to make me one!
Just look at that darling Pilgrim squirrel!
And here is the cute little girl Pilgrim squirrel. The leaves are from dies that I used to cut out.
Here is the pumpkin and Indian corn.
This is all files from the Silhouette store.        Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

"Hooray for the Pumpkin Pie" Thanksgiving Card

Good morning everyone, I hope you are having a nice morning!  It is cold, damp and overcast here. Probably going to rain again.       I want to share a Thanksgiving card I made using metal dies.
I actually made 8 of these cards to send out.
Yes, I spent the day making "pumpkin pies". I love my little pies! Have a slice!
I made them using metal dies. The scallop die is perfect for "pie crust"! I inked around the edges for a browned baked look.
And this is the inside of my card. I found the sentiment on the internet and used a stitched rectangle die to cut it out. Perfect, don't you think?        Well, no more Thanksgiving cards, on to Christmas cards, mini albums and sewing projects.       Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great day!

Autumn Wishes Card

Hello everyone! I am here with my last Thanksgiving card for the season. I hope you like it!
I think card turned out so pretty!
I used my $1.00 rubber stamp for the leaves heat embossed them and then colored them in with my Spectrum Noir markers. I then die cut the image out with my Spellbinders dies.
I cut a cream mat and used my eyelet edge punch for the edges. Then I embossed it for a fabric look.
I stamped my sentiment and punched it out with my oval punch. I attached with Copper brads on top of rust ribbon. I love how it matches my stripe cardstock.
This is the inside of my card.         Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Give Thanks- Dry Embossed Cards

Here are two cards I made. They are the same except I used a different embossing folder for each one.
For the first one I used the Darice Leaf Background Embossing Folder.
I just love how it turned out! I heat embossed the sentiment with copper.
Here is a close up of the Stampin' Up stamp I colored. I had to add frost on the pumpkin!
For the second card I used the Paper Studio Leaves Embossing Folder. Very pretty.

Pilgrim Dolls

This is a Pilgrim couple I made using a Sweet Meadows Farms pattern. They are so cute in person. I made them for my youngest daughter and her husband as one of their Christmas gifts. They enjoy receiving the dolls, I make them for holidays and have made them a Santa, an Elf, a Raggedy Ann and Andy Valentine set etc.,.It took quite a while to get them made (I am almost finished with a set for myself). I got them sewn but then we went to Florida on business and to see family so I had to put them on hold. We got home and I had to get ready for Thanksgiving, my daughter and her husband were coming from Florida to visit for Thanksgiving. Then the mad rush for Christmas shopping and decorating. Then I need to make myself a fancy jacket to wear to or Sunday School Christmas party which is tonight. I still have to hemn the jacket .I just finished them yesterday morning got them wrapped and in the box with the rest of their gifts and packaged up everyone else's gifts and cards and of to mail them. WHEW!!! I hope you like them.
