SAT 10 tests are this week.
I'm trying not to stress the kiddos out, yet still get some reviewing in.
One of the most fun ways to review is what we call a One Minute Race. I divide the kiddos up into two teams, call out a topic and set a timer for one minute. The teams have one minute to write as many words or terms that fit the topic I choose as they can.
Here, the boys are trying to think of more contractions than the girls.
This gets them up and moving as an added bonus. Sometimes we play at our tables and write the answers on large sheets of paper.
