Good morning everyone I hope your all having a sunny happy week...oh er that title sounds a bit rude doesn't it I just noticed lol...I'm so sorry if I upset some of you yesterday telling you my cards had been binned, I promise I wont do that again and I will find somewhere for them to go and you never know when all the moves over and the next two weddings (phew I'm tired just thinking of them lol) I might even get some sold to subsidise my crafting, that would be fantastic wouldn't it...I did a bit more clearing yesterday and then went out to lunch with my lovely Dad he had an appointment in the morning to get his eyes checked to make sure they are healing ok, the optometrist said his vision is excellent and he may not even need reading glasses, wow isn't medical science amazing...its astounding what they can do isn't it, changing peoples lives in just a few short hours...whatever they are paid I don't think it can be anywhere near enough...he has a real sparkle in his blue eyes now and is still gobsmacked at how much he can see...what gob smacks me is I was driving around with him when he couldn't see 'gulp'...anyway enough waffle onto my card for today which is for all you rubber stamp lovers...Bunny Zoe's Crafts have a Pre order from Little Darlings for the new Saturated Canary stamps...this little stunner is Saturated Canary - Circus Trixie isn't she gorgeous I love the way Krista does eyes don't you, they just leap of the pages at you...I coloured her with my usual distress inks and used some papers from a brand new range called Studio Calico and this is from the Studio Calico 6x6 Paper Pad - Heyday pad, lush aren't they, such beautifully soft colours...I distressed some of the papers with tattered rose distress ink too and finished with a stamped sentiment, a huge white satin bow and a few of the roses cut from the papers...isn't this sketch lush its from the CLP Challenge and I'm also entering this for the Anything Goes Challenge and the Simon Says Stamp challenge too...I'm off out to the supermarket with my Dad today then hes coming for dinner...seafood pasta night its one of my specialities (mind I don't have many lol)...whatever your up to today I hope you have a wonderfully sunny one

ooooohhhhh for a set of wings...

Good morning everyone have you anything exciting happening this weekend?, we are just waiting for the predicted cold spell to hit us here so haven't decided what we are up too...we might head out or just stay snuggled in the warm, it all depends on how cold it gets...I went for put the world to rights coffee with my lovely Dad yesterday, I missed our chats about world affairs and whats needed to sort them out...I don't know what it is but the rain here seems to wait for me to step out of the house...it was a lovely day all day yesterday until I set foot out then the heavens opened and the wind picked up to the extent it blew my umbrella inside out twice, its hard enough when your on your own doing the 'turn the upside down brolly right side in' dance but when your trying to hold it over your Dads head too its worse and he kept looking at me with the 'what you doing' expression on his face lol...but we had coffee, cake and loads of chatting, I love those afternoons with my Dad they are so precious...hes back to my Sisters today so I wont see him again for another week I think...right now onto my card for today, this amazing image is another freebie from Victoria Case on Facebook....oooohhhhh don't you just love a freebie...I coloured this stunning angel with distress inks and used some of the Basicgrey Cappella 6x6 paper pad for her, the softness suits her I think dont you, those wings are amazing...because the paper is so beautiful I didn't add a lot to my card except a lush cream satin ribbon and bow and a couple of the stunning pins that Lee (Crafty Loops) makes, she sent me these as a gift for doing her a favour...thanks Lee they are so gorgeous...the fab sketch is from CLP challenge and I'm also entering it for the Phindy's Place challenge and Totally Papercrafts challenge too...well fingers crossed deep winter temperatures don't set in today and we will be heading out somewhere...whatever your up to today stay warm and have fun

Is Mr Blogger not well??? + CLP Challenge-30 + Basicgrey Challenge-Sparkle

Good morning everyone now is it just me or is Mr Blogger not very well, is anyone else having problems loading and viewing photos and commenting...oh no sudden thought I hope its not just me lol...I have another chapter to the giant spider saga, I found one in the folds of my pink spotty fluffy (my fav) dressing gown this morning...my scream would have splintered glass as it ran one way and me the other lol...sneaky little thing hiding from me in the folds, I looked it up on the net now apparently its global warning (yet again it gets the blame) the spider need a larger skeleton to be able to keep cool therefore larger spiders and yes its official they are getting much much bigger which is why we aren't seeing as many flies about, see you learn something new every day lol...anyway my card for today is using the CLP challenge sketch and hopefully its sparkly enough for the Basicgrey Sparkle challenge too...this is the fantastically cute Santa Louis from Mo's Digital Pencil, isn't he so sweet and funny on his doggie oops soz reindeer lol...I coloured him with Distress inks and glittered his hat...I also used the fantastic Basicgrey Jovial paper pad, I love this pad its both traditional but not if you know what I mean and its from Bunny Zoe's Crafts...I cut some of the flowers and baubles from the papers and raised them and finished with a piece of organza ribbon with Merry Christmas on it that my mate Liza sent me ages ago...I hope you like it and have a wonderful spider free day everyone
