this card is for a dear frind who i have known for over 20 years..and she is the first of my friends to turn 50.... over the next few years friends i have known from school etc, we will be reaching that big birthday..although i guess we all still think we are 18!!..have a wonderful birthday Debi..and enjoy your NEW YORK shopping trip with your daughter..and the show..and well just enjoy your trip and your birthday !

what a lovely summers day we are having this Saturday on the Dorset coast..... and the Olympic sailing has finished along at Weymouth and Portland..Aaron went along with my In Laws yesterday..and they said it was wonderful and how friendly and helpful everyone was!!...and good old fish and chips on the way home ~perfect!

birthday surprise

before i start todays post~i would like to say that with heavy heart i have had to step down from my DT at CREATIVE STAMP FRIENDS ~i have been with the team from the beginning and at JUST CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY CARDS before, so about 4 years altogether ..but my time is being taken up with my family~especially my two boys who both on the autistic spetrum ~any way thankyou to the DT who have been very supportive ~and big hugs to my dear friend ANDREA!

 i chose THE LOVE LETTER(1989)

 ~but after watching ~84 CHARING CROSS ROAD (1987) on friday afternoon~did anyone else see it?? i thought about that as well (what a touching film ~and was a true story of the two people writing to each other for over 10 years and never meeting (well the whole bookshop wrote to anne bancoss`s charactor) ~ a must see film and a tissue needed!!(anthony hopkins and judi dench are wonderful)
