well the weather is gorgeous here today ~lewis has enjoyed bouncing on the trampoline for the first time this year!! hope you are enjoying a bit of spring weather!!

i used english paper company xmas paper, belles `n whistles gingerbread love stamp, cuddlybuddly word circle, nestabilities label and pinking circle dies , ribbon/bow from my stash ~ and a little glitter.

12 years old!!

well i just cannot believe it, but my aaron will be 12 years old next week!! where has the time gone?? as many of you know he has aspergers syndrome , so has his like and dislikes ~and playing with my parents two cats is one of his loves!!!.. also he loves bright colours ~especially when it comes to clothes!! (yes think i will be doing his clothes shopping for a bit longer!!) ~so this is why the theme and colours have been chosen for this card.
well had a look at all the challenges for this week and boy are there lots i could have done , but decided to do 4 challenges for this card ~well it has been a while since i got some crafting done!!
used the wonderful sketch over on SKETCH AND STASH ~used these kars stamps for the first time, these papers and stickers!! MY TIME TO CARFT ~theme this week is " kids kards", on CUP CAKE CRAFT ~the theme is "card for man or boy" and on CUTE CARDS" the theme is "letters and numbers" ~links to these challenges on my side bar.
used perfect paper collection papers, kars boy and cat stamps , magnolia book stamp and cuddlybuddly fluffy cat stamp, don`t know where i got the sheet of letters/numbers from, stamin`up scalloped edged punch, ribbon and vellum stickers from my stash, finished with a little glitter (around the edge of the letters/numbers).
gosh that was a long post!! hope you all have a fun weekend ..oh yes excitement... my whiff of joy spring stamp set has arrived this morning.. but i have no ez mount ~so need to get that ordered so i can play later this week!!

favourite somethings!!

i thought i would show the birthday card , my mum asked me to i make for a friend of hers. used the fab sketch over on friday sketchers and thought i would use my favourite stamps and papers at the moment ~(as that always changes ~with my main stamps!!), as on stamp something challenge this week is ~"favourite somethings". (links can be found on my side bar under challenges)

well my favourite paper is this one by we r memory keepers, just love my magnolias and always love using my bench (as you all know) and the fence, and i love my butterflies!! just got this whiff of joy stamps and just love her ~think you will see her alot on my blog!! ..and then ofcause i love my quickutz swirls, my flowers with brads ,my gems and my studio g stamps for the corners, also on this card i used cuddly buddly ants and messy rabbit bunch of flowers.


thought i would show you a close up of my fave stamp at the moment ~never get to see my cards up so close as i`m so bad at photographing and showing my cards!!!

well today i am showing a thankyou card i have made using the fab sketch on secret crafter ~used teatime teddy cuddlybuddly stamp, quickutz frame and photo corners, cuttlebug merci embossing folder, small tag punch, finished with gelpens and glitter (detail when click pic!!)
so good to be crafting again!!

must say over on elzybells http://www.elzybells.co.uk/ they have some new "scrummy" stamps in today ~had to order a few!! please take a look!!

anyway yet again a wonderful sketch over on just xmas and birthday cards challenge, did the card in pink/red/white to comlete xmas card number 3 for this months challenge over on xmas all year round ~ and used some "cicles" ~ (and dots ) for the one stop craft challenge.
i used my ATC (further down the postings) from the tilda and friends challenge ~great idea to join in with this challenge every wednesday and use it as a topper for future cards!!
cuddlybuddly circle wording, small pinking circles nestabilities (have used two but well hidden under the wording ~ need to look hard!!), see d`s festive fun wording and paw prints, stampin up scallop edge punch, xmas ribbon from stash, finished with a little glitter.

well the sun is shining here today, after all that rain yesterday ~and snow over the last week, makes a nice change ~no wonder us brits talk about the weather so much ~it is always changing!! hope you have a good day~and the sun will shine on you soon, byeeeeeeeeee xx

the miracle of christmas (no 6)

sorry another christmas card (well it is xmas weather out there!) ~used the wonderful sketch number 1, over on scrapaddicts, made this card to fit into xmas cards all year round (pink/red/white + hearts) and then over on ABC challenge the letter is Z ...... zzz sleeping!!
used this lovely stamp from cuddly buddly, cuttlebug snowflakes embossing folder on red vellum, quickutz photo corner die and stars, ribbon and heart brads from my stash, finished with glitter.

well had to pick both boys up from their schools lunch time as both schools closed due to the very bad weather ~rain/sleet started taking them to school by 10am it was hard snow ~being snowing ever since!! not expecting this amount!! keep warm and safe everyone, byeeeeeee xx

A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR

A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL ~ as you can see i have added my first cards of the year ~some thankyou cards for the boys to send out to friends and family who sent them xmas presents and money.

have used sketch number 22, over on sketch saturday ~there is no sketch this week but the challenge is to use any of their other sketches seen over last year!! thought sketch 22 was nice and easy!!

used cuddlybuddly ~teddy and rose stamp, studio g wording, and nestabilities~large pinking circles (xmas pressy), and an assortment of papers in my stash, little bit of glitter.

well hope you all had a fun christmas and happy new year again ~must get on have family coming round today for a meal!! hopefully back to normal very soon, byeeeeee for now xx

cookie glitters

well today i am showing ... yes another christmas card using the great sketch on ismaki (42) and the theme is based on the challenge on housemouse which this week is "glitter/glitz". i`m afraid the glitter doesn`t show up, may have to click on the pic for a better look!!
i used housemouse stamp~christmas cookie eaters, colorbok paper, gold mirror card, quickutz circle and holly dies, cuddlybuddly circle words, papermania holly stickers, gems from my stash, finished with glitter.
tried many times to visit you all last night , but blogger was playing up and not letting me leave comments on many of the blogs~so gave up and decided to give myself some blisters , cutting out my new messy rabbit stamps and putting them onto ez mount!!

well today i am showing the card i made for the pennyblack challenge which this week is "no pattern paper" ~difficult that one ~but did it!!
