I've been MIA for a loooong time, but I have been making progress.... possibly at the rate of 1 stitch every 2.37 days. Frankly I count myself lucky that I haven't lost any of the beads or threads.
Still Beatrix is getting there --
I have even finished the motif that the above picture only shows as a bare start --
Good luck everyone!

not lost after all
Here I am..... and my saaaad BP progress.
Here's where she was at the end of June:
And as of last night Beatrix had made it all the way to here:
Wooo hoo! If my needles got any faster, I just don't know what I'd do! [Yes, that was facetiousness.]

April progress
Miss Slow checking in for April--
Here's where I ended March:
And here's how far I got:
I had not intended to use anything but DMCs and beads on this, but last night I couldn't control myself so I've added in an over-dyed silk from Vikki Clayton. It was a grab bag spool so I'm not sure what/if the color has a name. It's the little shrub in the upper right of the picture.
Next month I really need to get back to some beading.

March progress
In march I went from:
To here:
I'm too lame to have the mst up to date picture, but this is as of Friday so it's not too bad. As of today the entire wreath of cream is in. The crown is in dark chocolate colored beads.
Did I mention I was a really, really slow stitcher?
