I almost forgot to post this today so had to take my photo late at night and the color is off. I got about 4 more motifs done this month. I am in a slight panic as I ran out of my lightest color - I used more than I had thought I would. I ordered some more last week (it's HDF from Vikki Clayton) but what came in is a totally different dye lot - more orange than pink and won't work with my other colors. So I'll head off to my LNS this week to see what else I can find that is close. I am kicking myself in the meantime! Great progress everyone, I really enjoy seeing your samplers come alive.

Hi -- Too many days away (having fun) and finally finishing up those wedding samplers -- kept me from putting in more than a few stitches in Miss B this month. But I am at least a few stitches closer to having this beauty ready to hang on the wall.

I hope that everyone is still enjoying their time with Miss B.

I managed to get two motifs done this month.

It seems like a slow progress but, I am hanging in there. Maybe September will allow me more time to devote to her.

This is the progress that I had made at the end of July. I had a slow month of stitching in August and did not accomplish much. Below you can see that I managed to finish the bottom left hand motif and the little shrub above the yellow one.

Below is a little bit closer. You can just barely see the start I have made on the next motif at the very far right in the picture.

The upper picture is Tish's entire sampler so far. Below is a close up of her progress since June. There hasn't been too much progress the last 2 month, just too much going on.

I didn't make much progress between last time and August, but managed to finish one motif and start another between an interstate move!

Hopefully cooler weather will bring more stitching time.
