In the store: Stiffel and Artisan House lamps

It's been a while since we found any great vintage lamps, but it's been worth the wait. We recently found a pair of brass lamps by Stiffel that are gorgeous, and the large C. Jere' crane lamp by Artisan House is nothing short of spectacular.

These brass Rocket lamps are the best of both worlds...elegant and glamorous, yet very space age. Everything is original on these lamps, including the shades and diffusers. These are Stiffel quality with design pizzazz. What more could you want in a lamp?

You will frequently see these lamps attributed to Tommi Parzinger, but I have seen no evidence that Parzinger ever designed for Stiffel. If you have any catalogs that prove otherwise, I'd love to see them.

My SIL hit the jackpot yesterday. He got these beautiful Widdicomb pieces by T. H. Robsjohn-Gibbings, and I'm so excited about them that I had to share them with you before they even make it onto the floor.
