Mini book by Yasmin Tölche

Hello! It's Yasmin here on the MSD blog today and wow! it's december and I bet there where loads of little kids and big ones opening their advent calendars today.. I have made a little book I wanted to share with you today.

I used the cut out sheet from Marion Smiths "Posh" Collection and some of the most beautiful junque and gems.

I love the cut out sheet and I've fuzzy cut them out and glued them on to a piece of cardstock. I also glued them again onto some patterend paper from the Posh collection, so the front covers got really sturdy.

Aren't these junque and gems pretty?? They are so sparkely and pretty.. absolutly gorgeous. The big button is also a MSD product. The leaf is die-cutted out of a paper in the "Posh" collection.

Here are some of the products I've used:

Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my project today! See you a bit later in December :) Hugs Yasmin

Birthday Card by Yasmin Tölche

Hello everyone. It's Yasmin on the MSD-blog today and I have a birthday card to share with you. You can never get enough birthday cards can you? :)

I've used a cut-out from "Faux Pas" paper in the "Junque Gypsey" Collection from Marion Smith Designs and added a little pearl inside of the butterfly.

I love making layers on my cards, and adding a chipboard piece makes a bit of texture to the card aswell.

The little arrow charm with the heart is a lovely MSD embellishment. So cute!
Thank you so much for joining me here today! See you soon :)

#selfie - Layout with Yasmin Tölche

Hello it's Yasmin on the blog today! Oh yes! It's Saturday, the sun is shining and it's my Marion Smith Designs Saturday! I have made a layout I'd like to share today! :)

I loved making this layout.. it just kinda happend. Hahaha.. I got loads of inspiration for Marion's frame paper.. These papers is from the "Motley" collection..

I've used junque and gem roses, gears and a little airballon.. I've played with Blue Fern Studio Chipboard, embossing powders.. Had A Blast making it :)

Did you know that you actually can emboss metall pieces? You do it the same way as you emboss on paper ,witch by the way I did loads on my page. Just put the metall piece on the embossing pillow, add the powder and heat! But be careful, the metall gets real hot so make sure you don't burn your fingers :) This little metall gear used to be bright silver.

The white polka dots is a stamp from 3rd Eye and they are all embossed on..

Here is some of the product I've used on my page:

Nirvana Layout by Yasmin Tölche

Hello!

It's Yasmin here on the blog today and I've played with the fantastic "Nirvana" Collection by Marion Smith Designs!

I just love this picture of my son Collin. This was taken in Spain last year and he looks sooo cool in this newly purchased sunglasses..The tittle is a norwegian song lyric and sounds kinda cheesy in English. But roughly translated it means: "I have to have my sunglasses on" :)

I've used a couple of different papers form the Nirvana Collection, and layered them up! Love Layers. My background is Art Anthology Gesso & Velvet.

I've tried to take a pictue of the layers on my layout. I also love to fuzzy cut flowers and other potential embellishments from the papers.

This little sweet camera piece is also a Marion Smith Designs embellishment.. It's actually a charm, but I hid the loop under the paper, Don't you just love this? What would you use it for? Jewllery? or as an embellishment piece like I did?

Here are the products I used:

Oh well.. that's all I had for today!:) Have a fantastic day and thanks for stopping by :)

B is for Boy Card by Yasmin Tölche

Hi ya!

It's Yasmin here on the Marion Smith Designs blog for the first time and I have to say I'm sooo excited to be part of this amazing team! I'm starting out a with a card today..

I'm a mum too 3 boys and It felt very natural to start out with a boys card. I love the Nirvana Collection that Marion designed. Gorgeous papers and awesome elements like this "Bb is for Boy" card.

I love to fuzzy cut and use alot of papers, so when I get hold of papers with loads of elements I use them well! I've also included a bit of diecut pieces in white, and splatted a bit of gesso on top just for fun. :)

Don't you just love this rose resin element? I adore it! So beautiful and detailed!

You can find these products on this card:
